2 Cup Black-eyed peas (cowpeas), immature seeds, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt 1.5 serving Nature's Greens, Collard Greens, 3 Cups 1.5 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 5 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw 2 clove Garlic 8 cup Broth, Vegetable, Clearly Organic, Best Choice 30 oz with bone, cooked (yield after bone removed) Turkey drumstick (leg), smoked
Put everything in crockpot and cook on high for six hours. Serve with hot sauce.
