1.0 cup Kadiak Power Cake1.5 cup Black Berries raw1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.5 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter15.0 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)1.0 tsp Vanilla ExtractButter 8in baking dish. Rinse black berries and them to a bowl with blueberries.Mix Kodiak flour with sugar. Coat berries with 2 Tbs of flour sugar mixture and pour into baking dish.Add cinnamon, vanilla and egg to remaining flour mixture. Mix with a fork until crumbly.Sprinkle crumble on top of berries in the pan. Melt butter and pour ontop.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings in a small 8 inch casserole.
