Chicken & Yellow Rice

Ingredients
4 serving Chicken Thigh 20 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 2 cup Rice | Minute | White Rice (Cooks in 5 Minutes) 20 oz Saffron Yellow Long Grain Rice
Directions
Put into a 10qt pot, chopped celery, diced onion and chicken
Fill with water to 8qt level
Boil until water is 1/2 starting level
Debone/cut up chicken, return to pot with 32oz chicken broth
Return to boil, add rice and lower to simmer
Cook until rice is merely damp
