Vegan Chorizo Chili

Ingredients
6 serving Tofurky Chorizo Style (by SH9719) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1.75 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Cumin seed 2 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 cup Vegetable Broth 1.75 cup Beans, pinto, mature seeds, cooked, boiled, with salt 2 tbsp Tofuna Vegan Fysh Sauce
Directions
Cook chorizo;
add chopped onion and garlic; cook until onion is translucent
Add spices and cook until fragrant
add tomatoes, Fysh sauce and broth
Add Pinto beans and cook for about 20 minutes to let seasoning take hold.
