1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 16 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Granular (by KINSPAPPY) .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 16 tbsp Hellmann's Olive Oil Mayo 1.5 tbsp Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
Chop up cabbage and carrot.
Mix Swerve, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, heavy whipping cream, mayonnaise, 1/4 cup water, 1-1/2 tablespoons white vinegar, and the juice of one lemon. Beat until smooth.
Mix with cabbage and carrot.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
