Brussel sprouts with bacon and onion

Ingredients
2lb bag brussel sprouts, sliced (easier in a food processor)4 slices bacon, cut into small strips1/2 large onion, finely minced1.5 tsp Garlic
Directions
Heat a 8 quart stock pot over medium-high heat and add the bacon, cook until bacon is well done and fat has rendered. Add the onion and cook until slightly tender, then add the garlic. After about 5 minutes, add the brussel sprouts, reduce to medium, and stir until tender.

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
