Butterscotch pudding

Ingredients
0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.75 cup, packed Brown Sugar1.5 cup Fairlife whole milk3.0 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Stir dry ingredents to combine evenly. Place over medium heat and whisk in the milk and cream. Stir frequently until thick and starts to boil. Whisk for 1 minute after start of boil. Remove from heat and will in vanilla and butter. Refrigerate for 1.5 hours and serve chilled. Makes 4 servings. Serving Size: .75 cup
