Directions
Brown sausage. Cook onion and garlic in butter till translucent. Add cooked sausage, diced potato, seasoning and stock. Boil until potatoes are tender. Add kale and whipping cream and simmer until kale is soft. Serve. Serving Size: 21 1 cup servings
