Ingredients
12.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup0.25 cup Coconut Oil0.25 cup Butter, salted3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts12.0 tsp Splenda1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp maple extract4.0 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds
Directions
Melt oil and butter, whisk in eggs and all wet ingredients, then add dry. Bake in muffin cups for 18 mins at 350 degrees.
