Mushroom soup

Ingredients
4 cup Portabello mushroom 2 Serving(s) Shiitake mushroom 2 cup Oyster mushroom 2 tbsp Butter, salted 5 cup Vegetable stock
Directions
Preheat soup pot over medium heat. Slice mushrooms & onions. Melt butter in pot & add onions; cook until translucent. Add mushrooms & cook, stirring occasionally for about 10mins. Add vegetable stock while stirring & bring to a boil. Once boiling, lower heat to medium-low. Add salt & pepper to taste (not calculated) & cook uncovered for about 1hr.
