Salsa Rice

Ingredients
2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .5 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 tsp BECEL - Original Margarine .5 cup Salsa
Directions
Melt becel in microwave. Add chopped onion and celery and cook on high until softenened, about 3 minutes. Mix in rice and heat in microwave for two minutes. Stir in salsa and heat an additional two minutes.
