Cream Cheese Scramble

Ingredients
6 - Extra Large egg, fresh (1 egg) 2 slices - Baked Ham 97% fat free, sliced lunch meat (1 slice) .5 cup - chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .5 cup - chopped Red Onion 1 tbsp - Butter (Salted Sweet Cream)2 oz - Cream Cheese
Directions
Chop the veggies and ham. Saute in 1 tablespoon of butter.
Beat the eggs and add them to the saute pan.
Cut the cream cheese into small chunks (about .5 inch square)
When the eggs are done cooking add the cream cheese and stir it into the scramble.
