1 cup 100% Liquid EggWhites 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 12 serving Carb Counter tortilla .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 8 oz Kroger Diced Ham
Directions
