Vegetarian Linguine

Ingredients
6 oz Barilla Linguine 2 serving Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 clove Garlic 2 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese
Directions
Cook linguine to package directions

Sauté zucchini and mushrooms in butter in large skillet. 3-5 mins
Add tomato, onions & garlic and salt & pepper. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 3 mins.
Drain linguine, add to skillet
Sprinkle with cheese & basil if desired.
