1.0 serving egg0.25 gram cooking spray2.0 tsp clover valley grated Parmesan8.0 oz boneless pork chop
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking sheet
Whisk egg in a shallow bowl
Mix parmesan cheese
Dip each pork chop into egg. Press into parmesan mixture until coated on both sides. Place in prepared baking dish
Bake in preheated oven until golden 30-40mins
