1.5 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato0.5 cup, sliced Zucchini0.5 cup, diced Celery, cooked0.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked1.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked7.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth4.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)0.5 tbsp Basil0.5 tsp Oregano, ground1.5 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
Heat olive oil in large stock pan over medium heat.
Add zucchini, celery, and green onions and satue until vegetables are tender.
Stir in broth, tomatoes, carrots, and seasonings.
Raise heat to high and bring to boil.
Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add rice and raise to medium high heat. Cook until rice is fully cooked.
