Ingredients
4.0 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt6.0 tsp Garlic4.0 tsp Mrs. Dash1.0 tbsp Bragg ACV (adjust to taste and thickness of dip desired)
Directions
Mix together all ingredients, adding ACV last just to your desired taste and thickness...it has 0 calories, so use as little or much as you want! If you feel like a funky colored dip you could substitute Balsamic vinegar...you can try and chill it if you want, at least 30 minutes...store it covered, flavors build as it chills ..
