Zucchini potato hash browns

Ingredients
1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw0.5 tsp Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Shred zucchini and potato. add salt mix well. Let sit 10 minutes. Squeeze dry in towel. Fry in one large Patty in 1 tbsp of oil. Flip over when Brown and Brown the other side. Cut in half and serve.
