Mashed-Tater Turnips

Ingredients
4 cups peeled, cubed turnips1/2 tsp salt1 tsp Splenda1 Tbsp Smart Balance Light2 Tbsp nonfat yogurtseveral dashes black pepper
Directions
Serves 4

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the salt and Splenda. When the water is boiling add the turnips. Simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain well. Return the turnips to the hot pot. Add the butter, yogurt and pepper. Mash with a potato masher until thick and creamy, like mashed potatoes.
