Ingredients
0.3 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1.5 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tbsp Chili powder 6 tbsp La Victoria Salsa Picante, Mild 0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 cup Baby Spring Greens Mixed 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, Florida 1 medium onion
Directions
Sauté cauliflower, onion, tomato, picante sauce, and spices until tender. Put mixed greens, avocado, cheese on low calorie tortillas. Eat!
