Ingredients
1 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour aka Chickpea Flour .34 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( 1 tsp divided between pan and batter)1 tbsp Flaxseed 1.25 cup of water
Directions
Mix water and flour and ground flax seeds together. whisk by hand. add other spices or flavors as you wish such as chives, oregano, tumeric, salt and pepper or other flavors

Serving Size: 5 tortillas of approx 7 inch size
