Ingredients
.5 cup raw or roasted peanuts10 ounce package broccoli4 cups waterSalt to tasteBlack Pepper to taste
Directions
Boil peanuts in water 20 minutes. Add broccoli, bring to a boil, and cook 4-5 minutes. Transfer to blender in batches and puree. Add salt and pepper to taste and reheat if necessary.
