Ingredients
1.5 cup Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast, Poached (by PERKLE) 4 oz Chicken -Boneless, skinless chicken thigh (by JUSTKLH) 200 grams Beans, black 2/3 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 cup Diced Tomatoes, Muir Glen Organic, No salt added 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 2 clove Garlic .5 tsp Better Than Bullion Low Sodium Vegetable Base.5 tbsp Butter, Land O Lakes spreadable all natural butter with Canola Oil
Directions
Saute onion, pepper, and garlic in butter. Add more cumin and chili powder if wanted. Dice chicken and add. Add all other ingredients and simmer on stove until flavorful enough, or you're starving!!
