12 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 oz Cheese - Kraft Sharp Cheddar - Block 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin seed 4 oz Cheese, Kraft Pepper Jack 2 oz Cream Cheese .5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 2 tbsp Sour Cream
1. Heat the cheddar, pepper jack, and cream cheese in a pan, stirring until evenly incorporated/melted together.
2. Season chicken with the salt, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder, evenly rubbing the spices over the chicken.
3. Slice a pocket in the chicken horizontally and fill the pocket with a heaping spoonful of the cheese mixture.
4. Heat pan over medium heat. If needed, add olive oil.
5. Cook the stuffed chicken until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted, about 7 minutes on each side.
6. Serve with sour cream, and top with 1/4 of an avocado
