Cilantro Lime Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
454 grams Shrimp, raw 2 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) 1 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1) 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 0.25 cup Cilantro, Fresh Chopped (by NEVERNAKED) 3 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
1. In a large bowl, stir together shrimp cumin, cilantro, garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Let marinate in fridge at least 10 minutes.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat remaining olive oil add shrimp and marinade and cook until pink 3-4 minutes,

3. Assemble wraps and garnish with avocado and sour cream.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings using fresh romaine leaves or whole wheat tortilla served with fresh avocado and sour cream.

    I liked this recipe very much. I made it just the way it is written and will make it again, but next time I will use way less oil and add more lemon juice and seasoning and marinate twice as long. Very good base recipe though, Will def make again!!! - 5/8/19
