16 oz Haddock (fish) 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tbsp Salt 2 serving Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
Directions
line baking dish with foil or spray with cooking spray.
Mix flout and salt. Dip fish in this mix, then into egg whites, then into breadcrumbs.
Place on baking dish and bake.
