Mexican Shrimp Cocktail - Patti's

Ingredients
16 oz Shrimp, cooked 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 290 grams Cucumber (with peel) 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1.5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 100 grams Cilantro, raw 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 3 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 3 oz Zing Zang bloody mary mix
Directions
Peel and steam shrimp until pink. Chop all other ingredients and mix. Add cold shrimp to mixture and garnish with lime wedges.
