1 c Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat1 T white vinegar 2 c California-Style mixed vegatables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrits)1 c Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend1 c Cauliflower, Frozen, Kroger
Combine cottage cheese and vinegar in food processor. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
Steam vegetables to almost done.
In 8x8 baking dish mix for cream and vegetables. Top with cheese. Cover, bake 15 min.
Remove cover, bake until cheese browns.
