Ingredients

1/2 cup Coconut Flour 2 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Mix dry ingredients then add butter.
Slowly add hot water a little at at a time till soft dough forms...you may no need all the water.
Rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out rotis between two sheets of parchment or plastic.
Cook on griddle.
Enjoy warm
