1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) (1 can, drained)4 tbsp Cashew Butter .5 lemon yields Lemon Juice .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) 0.5 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) 1 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
Roast a whole unpeeled garlic clove in the oven until soft. Rinse and drain canned chickpeas. When the garlic is cooled, peel it, and put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
