Ingredients
1 serving Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup (around 3 tbsps)1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1 medium Egg1 1/2 tbsp Butter (preferably unsalted)
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into microwaveable cup/dish.

Microwave for 90 seconds.
Cut in half and eat!
