Cilantro black beans

Ingredients
Directions
4 tbsp Cilantro, dried 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cans of black beans 2 cup Mexican Shredded Cheese.
Drain off some of the liquid, but not all and then warm black beans in a pot.
In a frying pan, Sautee 4 tbsp Cilantro, dried with 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw in 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix the black beans with the cilantro onion mixture in a baking dish. Top with 2 cup Borden Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese.
Cover and bake for about 30 minutes. Have this over brown rice or by itself.
****The above are estimates of seasonings. I used cilantro cubes from the freezer and it was 2 cubes per can of black beans****
