Gillian McKeith's Carob Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
pitted dates, carob powder, flax seed, sunflower seed, walnuts
Directions
1.) Place the dates, carob powder and 500 ml of water in a blender or food processor until you have a smooth paste.
2.) Mix the seeds and walnuts in.
3.) Spread mixture evenly over medium sized baking tray. Make sure tray has a plastic filming. Sprinkle with sesame seeds then freeze for an hour.
4.) Cut into twelves and serve.
