Ingredients
6 pork chops, browned1 medium onion, chopped3 Tbsp. ketchup1 can (10.5 ozs.) cream of chicken soup2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the crock pot and simmer about 4-5 hours.

Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes. Add those calories into meal total.
