Gluten Free Pasta Dough

Ingredients
1.66 cup King Arthur Flour Gluten Free Flour (1/3 cup = 1 serving dry) 1 tsp Xanthan Gum (by SRHAMM) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour and xanthan gum evenly
2. Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and crack in the egg. Use a fork to break up the egg and start mixing into the flour. The dough should start to become sticky.
3. Kneed on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes
4. Roll out as needed.
