Chocolate Fatty Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 4 serving Baker's unsweetened baking chocolate bar 4 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 stick Butter, salted 1 dash Salt
Directions
***Mousse style**Melt butter and chocolate. Add sweetener, salt, and vanilla. Temper in the eggs, let cool to room temperature.-=-In separate bowl whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream. Chill & ENJOY!
***Custard/pudding style** Heat cream, sweetener, salt, & chocolate slowly. Temper in eggs. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Take off heat and beat in butter & vanilla. Eat warm or Chill! Enjoy!
***ICE CREAM!!!-=- Freeze either recipe! (Never tried either in ice cream maker....YET!)
