Amy's spicy Chipotle chicken salad

Ingredients
2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light 2 tbsp Chile Chipotle in Adobo sauce 8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .25 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light
Directions
Spray a skillet with vegetable spray and cook 1 chicken breast after pounding it flat. Cook approximately 2 mins per side or until no longer pink inside.
Chop chicken into bite size pieces or smaller.
Mix 2 tbs plus 1 tsp Hellman's light mayo with 2 chopped chipotle chile peppers and about 1 tsp of the adobo sauce. Add to chicken.
Add chopped onions.
Salt to taste. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
