Balsamic Pot Roast

Ingredients
48 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, diced Celery, raw .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup slices Radishes 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup 1 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 8 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 6 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning
Directions
Season beef on both sides with steak seasoning. Using instant pot on sauté feature, heat oil until hot, then brown beef on both sides. Remove and set aside. Sauté onion, celery and carrot, then add radishes. Add beef broth, tomatoes, balsamic. Using manual setting high pressure, for 40 mintes. Use slow release. Can thicken with xanthen gum if desired.
