Hardy Rolled Oats Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup Half and Half Cream 1 cup of waterpinch of salt .5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 tsp Raw Sugar - Sugar in the Raw1 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Mix water, half and half, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat until it just barely comes to a boil. Add rolled oats. Lower heat to simmer for 40 minutes stirring occasionally. Cover and remove from heat for 5 minutes before serving . Sugar and butter are optional.
