1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 serving 1 Med. Directions
Boil pasta in EVOO & salted water. Drain. Dice remaining ingredients, except for Italian dressing & Black Pepper. Mix in cooled pasta. Add Italian Dressing & Pepper. Mix thoroughly. Cover. Refrigerate. Serving Size: 8 ea 1-cup servings
