124 grams Onions, raw 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 153 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated 15 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 3 cup Delallo Roasted Garlic All Natural Premium Sauce 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 168 gram(s) Kroger Lasagna noodles (by 3PEGASO3) 5.84 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork .5 tbsp Olive Oil
Cook onions in oil, mix in sausage. Cook until Sausage is browned. Add all but about 2 oz of the pasta sauce. Take the remaining sauce, put in the bottom of the lasagna pan, spread around. Add first layer of lasagna noodles. Meanwhile, combine ricotta, egg, parm cheese, and seasoning. Spread about 1/3 of mixture on noodles, and top with sauce/sausage and half of cheese. Spread the next 1/3 of mixture on the 2nd layer of lasagna noodles, and place mixture-side down on top of cheese. spread remaining mixture on noodles, then top with sauce/sausage, and cheese. Cover pan with foil.
Bake in a 400-degree oven for 20 minutes with the foil on, and 20 more with the foil off (40 total). Remove from the oven and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
