1.5 cup Great Value Lentils, rinsed and picked over 1 cup, sliced Celery, raw 1.5 cup, sliced Carrots, raw 1.5 cup Green Beans (snap) 8 oz Eckrich Smoked Sausage (Pork, Turkey, Beef), browned and cut into half moons 4 cup Trader Joe's Organic Free Range Chicken Broth 1.75 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 0.5 tsp Dried Thyme Leaves1 tsp Italian Blend Seasoning 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 serving Garlic, raw (1 clove / serving) , mincedS&P to taste
1. Prep vegetables.
2. Rinse lentils and pick over to remove stones.
3. Brown sausage.
4. Put all the ingredients in to the Instant Pot and stir to mix. Lock lid. Turn vent to Sealing.
5. Press Manual, adjust to 18 mins.
6. When the cooking is done, turn off, unplug and allow to naturally release.
7. Enjoy!
