Breaded Turkey Tenderloin

Ingredients
6 oz. turkey tenderloin2 tbsp. Grape Nuts cereal2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning1/8 tsp. ground red pepper1 egg white1/2 tbsp. water
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Cut tenderloin into 2 even pieces. In a shallow bowl, combine cereal, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and red pepper. In another shallow bowl, slightly beat egg white and water. Dip tenderloin pieces in egg white mixture then coat with cereal mixture. Place turkey in a lightly greased baking pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until turkey is no longer pinik, turning once.
