Gluten free ham and broccoli casserole

Ingredients
1.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw2.0 large Egg white, fresh2.0 oz John Morrell Mini Cubed Ham - 96% Fat Free0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh0.25 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
Directions
Shred potato (or use 1 cup shredded frozen hash browns), add diced broccoli and ham. Scramble eggs and add eggs and cheese to bowl. Season to taste (I use about 1/4 tsp salt and pepper). Mix thoroughly and spread evenly in the bottom of an 8x8 dish. Bake at 375 for 20 min. I like to finish with about 5 min under broiler to crisp the top.
