14 gram(s) Avocado Oil - about 1 TBSP (or sesame oil)1 lb.Ground Chicken Breast1 cup Chopped Onions, raw 4 tbsp Garlic, minced in a jar 2 tsp Ginger, ground 4 tbsp Lower Sodium Soy Sauce 4 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade 3 tbsp Sweet & Sour Sauce2 Tbs. Rice Wine Vinegar 1- 5 oz. can Water chestnuts, drained and choppedIceberg or Butter Lettuce LeavesOptional: Prepared Rice Sticks/Noodles for garnish and crunch. 12 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad)
Preheat Avocado oil (or sesame seed oil) into a skillet or wok. Add all ingredients except lettuce and rice noodles and cook until done. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into lettuce leaves and top with crispy rice noodles. The nutrition info does not include the crispy rice noodles.
