Figg's Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2 tsp minced garlic3 Tbsp red wine vinegar3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp oregano1 tsp Italian seasoning1 egg1 c olive oil1 tsp saltdash black pepperjuice of 1 lemon
Directions
In a food processor, combine garlic, vinegar, oregano, Italian seasoning and egg. Blend well. Very slowly add the olive oil. Then add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix again.
