Banana bread

Ingredients
6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 6 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh2 teaspoons baking soda2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar2 teaspoons vanilla1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cinnamon (or as much as you like)1 cup Coconut flour, Bob's Red Mill 7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Coconut Oil 0.55 cup mrs butterworth sugar free maple syrup
Directions
I added everything into a mixer and pulsed until it came together. Cook at 350 for 20min or until a toothpick comes out clean. This makes 1 9x5 loaf pan and 8 cupcakes. It’s also delicious with chocolate chips and walnuts or pecans. Serving Size: Makes 16 servings
