2.0 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese0.75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh1.5 cup vegetable stock1.0 clove Garlic
Add broccoli chopped fine, diced small onion, garlic and vegetable stock bring to low boil. Cover for 10 min.
Add cream cook 3 to 5 min
Add cheese, salt and pepper to taste. When cheese fully melted serve immediately.
