Chickpease (Garbanzo Beans)1 can diced tomatoes1/2 packet Sweet Leaf SteviaCurry PowderTastefully Simple Mild Moroccan Seasoning Salt
Makes approximately 3 meal size servings or 6 side-dish sized servings.
Using food processor (I love my Magic Bullet!), process the tomatoes until smooth. add chickpeas, processed tomatoes and all seasonings together in a small saucepan and heat until boiling, uncovered. Turn down heat after boiling point and cook a bit longer until the tomato sauce thickens some. Serve over brown rice or whole wheat couscous.
