Chicken Pot Pie - Easy Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients
8 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 4 cup Campbell's 99% Reduced Fat Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (by ALLISEN311) 12.5 oz Great Value - Canned - Chunk Chicken Breast In Water 1 cup Milk, 3.25%
Directions
Dice potatoes into 1" pieces (skinned or not, as you prefer). Place in crockpot. Dump in 1 package frozen mixed veggies, one large can of 99% fat free cream of mushroom soup (substitute 99% fat free cream of chicken if you prefer), one cup whole milk, and one 12.5 oz can chunk chicken breast in water (including the juices). Cook on high for 6-8 hours. Enjoy as is or with biscuits, etc on the side.
